Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, intellectual property ownership transfers to the client after full payment for contracted deliverables. Atigi Labs LLC may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies used in delivery.

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atigi Labs LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wyoming, United States.
