Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Atigi Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Because our work is service-based and milestone-driven, refunds are evaluated in relation to completed and accepted deliverables.

Each project is billed by milestone or agreed billing cycle. Clients are expected to review each submitted deliverable within a 14-day review period and provide approval requests, revision feedback, or rejection with documented reasons. If no response is received within 14 days, the deliverable may be treated as accepted for billing and schedule purposes.

Payments for completed milestones, consumed consulting hours, and approved deliverables are non-refundable. If a deliverable materially fails to meet the documented scope, Atigi Labs LLC will provide commercially reasonable revisions before refund eligibility is considered.

Any approved partial refund is limited to the unpaid or unperformed portion of services and excludes fees for third-party tools, licenses, infrastructure, and payment processing costs already incurred.
